Chapter Presidents and Directors in your chapter have access to your membership status, contact information, referral activity within the chapter, and forum attendance data for the purpose of managing chapter operations.
Chapter sponsors are provided aggregated and anonymized data about chapter member activity. We do not share your personal contact information with sponsors without your express consent.
We share information with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, including:
• Payment processor — subscription billing, ACH payouts, and identity verification for payment accounts
• Email delivery provider — transactional and notification emails
• Database hosting provider — secure storage of platform data
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure provider — platform deployment and performance
• AI service provider — AI-powered member verification and introduction matching (profile data only, no payment or financial data transmitted)
These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with applicable law.
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform, our members, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email prior to any such transfer and the transfer will be subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
When you authenticate with LinkedIn we receive data pursuant to LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 protocol. We use this data solely to:
• Verify your professional identity
• Pre-populate your Platform profile
• Provide context for AI-powered verification and member matching
We store a snapshot of your LinkedIn profile data at time of authentication. You may request deletion of this data as described in Section 7. Our use of LinkedIn data is subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy and Developer Terms of Service.
If your LinkedIn profile photo is imported to the Platform during OAuth authentication, you represent that you are the subject of that photograph and have the right to use and display it on third-party platforms.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence provided by a third-party AI service provider to power the following features, each of which involves automated processing of your personal data:
• Member Verification — your LinkedIn profile data, professional headline, employment history, and self-reported follower count are analyzed to produce a verification score and decision
• Hot Intro Matching — your profile, industry, city, professional background, and referral preference list are analyzed to generate weekly member introduction recommendations
• Referral Preference Intelligence — your LinkedIn profile and onboarding responses are analyzed to generate a personalized list of professional categories for your introduction preferences
• AI Deal Room — your queries and relevant member directory data are processed to generate business development responses
• Chapter Application Review — your referral history, forum attendance, and business plan text are analyzed to produce an application quality score for administrative review
• Forum Recap Summaries — forum discussion content and participant data are processed to generate session summaries distributed to attendees
• Outreach Email Generation — prospect information entered by chapter leaders is processed to generate personalized email drafts
We send only the minimum data necessary for each AI feature to function. Specifically:
• Verification: LinkedIn profile snapshot including name, headline, current position, employment history, industry, and self-reported follower count
• Matching and preferences: profile data including name, company, headline, industry, city, and referral preference selections
• Deal Room: your query text and anonymized member directory summaries
• Forum summaries: session discussion content — no payment data, bank account details, government IDs, or sensitive personal data is sent to AI systems
The Platform uses automated processing to make decisions that may affect your membership status, including:
• Initial verification decisions: auto-approval when AI confidence score is 75 or above, probationary status when score indicates limited LinkedIn presence, manual review queue when confidence is below threshold
• Introduction matching: AI selects which members to surface in your weekly Hot Intros
• Chapter application scoring: AI generates a recommendation score used by administrators in the approval process
You have the right to request human review of any automated decision that materially affects your access to Platform features. Submit your request to privacy@entrepreneursnetwork.com within 30 days of receiving the decision. We will complete human review within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome.
AI-generated content and decisions may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not represent that AI outputs are free from bias or that they accurately reflect real-world circumstances. We continuously monitor AI performance and update our systems, but we cannot guarantee accuracy in all cases.
You may opt out of AI-powered matching features at any time through your account settings. You cannot opt out of AI verification as it is required for Platform eligibility. If you object to automated verification, contact privacy@entrepreneursnetwork.com to request a manual review process.
